Job Description Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Purpose
The Senior Full Stack Developer leads the design, implementation, and optimization of businesscritical applications across the Epiroc digital ecosystem. The role drives architectural decisions, ensures security and performance compliance, and mentors junior developers to elevate overall delivery capability.
Key Responsibilities
FullStack Development
- Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of scalable fullstack applications.
- Architect and implement frontend features using Vite, Webpack, Angular CLI, or React build pipelines.
- Develop robust backend services using ASP.NET/C# and REST APIs.
- Background processing (queues, workers)
- State management (Redux, NgRx, Context)
- Secure token handling (JWT best practices)
- Enterprise UI patterns (RBAC-driven UI rendering)
Identity, Security & Compliance
- Integrate authentication and authorization using Azure AD / SSO (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML).
- Ensure solutions follow IT Security principles, compliance requirements, and secure coding practices.
Cloud & DevOps
- Promote automation and InfrastructureasCode practices in Azure.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable deployments.
Agile Delivery
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure excellent sprint execution.
- Drive sprint planning, forecasting, and estimation accuracy.
Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Make informed architectural decisions related to scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Mentor, coach, and guide Junior Full Stack Developers, supporting their growth and code quality.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and crossfunctional partners.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Required Qualifications
Experience
- 57 years of handson experience in fullstack development roles.
Technical Skills
- FrontEnd: Vite, Webpack, Angular CLI, React build pipelines, State management (Redux, NgRx, Context), Secure token handling (JWT best practices), Enterprise UI patterns (RBAC-driven UI rendering)
- BackEnd: NET (C#) / Java / Node.js (enterprise-grade backend development), REST & GraphQL API design, Microservices architecture, Authentication (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML), Background processing (queues, workers)
- Identity: Azure AD / SSO/OAuth2/OpenID Connect/SAML.
- DevOps: Azure InfrastructureasCode, CI/CD.
- Database knowledge: Experience with SQL incl. Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, CosmosDB (Added Bonus) will be an added advantage.
Agile Expertise
- Strong understanding of Jira Sprints, sprint planning, and forecasting.
Architecture & Security
- Demonstrated experience in system design and architectural decisionmaking.
- Solid understanding of IT Security principles and compliance.
Soft Skills
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
- Adaptability to change and strong communication abilities.
Leadership
- Proven ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team development.
- Education
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or comparable experience.
