Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI/ML Fullstack Developer to drive the architecture, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI-powered enterprise solutions with a focus on building secure applications. You will lead end-to-end product engineering - scalable microservices and cloud-native fullstack applications. This role is both technical and strategic, requiring collaboration with product leadership to transform business needs into innovative, production-grade AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
AI & ML Development
- Lead development of Enterprise AI solutions.
- Architect unified MLOps pipelines including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, inference speed, and cost efficiency.
- Integrate LLMs, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering into product workflows.
Full Stack Development
- Develop and maintain frontend and backend components of AI applications/solutions.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
- Implement responsive, user-friendly UIs using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, etc.).
- Contribute to database design, optimization, and system integration.
Application Security
- Implement secure coding practices across frontend and backend development.
- Architect and integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC).
- Conduct vulnerability scanning, dependency management, and patching workflows.
- Ensure compliance with industry security standards (OWASP, GDPR, SOC2).
- Participate in threat modeling, security reviews, and incident response exercises.
- Drive secure deployment practices in cloud and GPU-based environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Technical Leadership
- Lead technical decision-making, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional junior developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and customers for solution delivery.
Requirements
- 812 years of hands-on development experience in full stack or Python backend engineering.
- Strong expertise in Python-based backend development.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue).
- Solid understanding of API development, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and system design.
- Experience with version control (Git) and deployment tools (Docker, CI/CD).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven deployment of AI/LLM apps on GPU-powered infrastructure (NVIDIA GPUs, AWS/GCP/Azure GPU instances, Kubernetes GPU orchestration).
- Strong knowledge of application security principles (secure coding, authentication, encryption, vulnerability management).
- Focus on AI application development and deployment on GPU-based infrastructure, beyond traditional enterprise/web applications.
