Senior Full-Stack Architect
ROLE SNAPSHOT
- Location/Schedule: Remote (India), Full-Time, IST shift with US overlap
- Purpose: Define and lead the end-to-end architecture across all products, ensuring scalable, high-performance systems for a global engineering organization
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and maintain system architecture across web, mobile, backend, and cloud environments
- Establish coding standards, design patterns, and performance benchmarks across all codebases
- Lead architecture reviews for all major features prior to development
- Own and reduce technical debt while balancing delivery velocity
- Design scalable data architectures, API contracts, and service communication patterns
- Guide AI/ML integration strategies and evolving system capabilities
- Mentor senior engineers and lead cross-team technical decision-making
- Partner with infrastructure, QA, and leadership on architecture, scalability, and reliability
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- 1015 years of full-stack development experience across frontend, backend, and cloud
- Deep expertise in React/TypeScript and modern web architecture
- Strong backend architecture experience with Node.js and Python
- Proven experience designing microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
- Database architecture expertise across relational and NoSQL systems
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud architecture
- Experience leading architecture across distributed global teams
- Strong communication and documentation skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with AI/ML integration, embeddings, or vector-based systems
- Exposure to Azure cloud environments
- Experience with mobile architecture (cross-platform)
- Familiarity with advanced architecture patterns (DDD, event-driven systems)
- Background in healthcare or e-commerce systems
