We are seeking an exceptional Senior Full Stack AI Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered web and mobile applications. You will own end-to-end architecture and code, drive advanced AI workflows, and mentor a tech team to build scalable, high-performance products that empower entrepreneurs around the globe.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable AI-driven features, covering both high-level system design and detailed component implementation.
- Build and maintain responsive, high-performing UIs using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Flutter for cross-platform mobile apps.
- Own end-to-end backend development with Node.js, Express, NestJS, Python, MongoDB, and WebSockets to deliver robust APIs and services.
- Design and implement advanced AI workflows: LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and LLM fine-tuning.
- Optimise data pipelines: perform data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering to power AI models and decision systems.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) using Docker, Redis, and IaC tools, ensuring reliability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automated testing strategies to enable rapid, safe deployments from build through launch.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to convert concepts into production-ready experiences that meet user needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across front-end, back-end, and AI pipelines to maintain high availability and performance.
- Mentor and lead junior engineers, sharing best practices in data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and AI integration.
Requirements
- Degree from IIT or other Tier 1 engineering institute with a strong foundation in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience building scalable products, preferably in SaaS, community, and AI-native startups.
- Expertise in Data Structures & Algorithms with a proven problem-solving mindset.
- Hands-on with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Flutter (iOS/Android).
- Backend proficiency in Node.js, NestJS, Express, Python, MongoDB, REST APIs, and WebSockets.
- Demonstrated experience with AI/ML workflows: LangChain, LangGraph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, embeddings, vector databases, and LLM fine-tuning.
- Solid understanding of transformer architecture, embeddings, vector similarity, and prompt engineering.
- Experience in data cleaning, feature engineering, and designing algorithms for AI systems.
- Proficiency with AWS and GCP services, Docker, Redis, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Strong focus on code quality, performance optimisation, and maintainability, with experience writing testable code.
- Experience working alongside founders or early-stage teams, understanding product-market fit and rapid iteration.
