We are looking for an individual with a strong gaming background ideally having worked on the development of slot game(s). You will have at least three to five years experience working on the development of gambling games and are familiar with the components and tools required to develop, maintain and support a front end framework.
You will support both an in-house team as well as our third party contract suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and support our front end framework. Including expanding its capabilities for handling new game types and genres.
- Develop, maintain and support our wrapper component that communicates with the main Casino RGS for handling calls relating to the wallet transactions and regulatory requirements.
- Develop a number of game titles including slots, scratch cards, instant win and other genres of games.
- Work with our partner technologies provider to suggest upgrades and changes to the existing frameworks and technology solutions.
- Ensure our games pass through the quality control checks and provide speedy turnaround of identified issues and bugs.
- Review game designs and ensure all User Journey stages have been thoroughly thought through and all assets have been uploaded in the correct format.
- Join game brainstorming sessions and provide ideas on new game concepts and critique on games in the design and development pipeline.
- Implement sufficient automated testing within your code to ensure our games pass the various acceptance testing cycles.
- Conduct peer code reviews and form a collaborative relationship with your fellow workmates.
Requirements
- An ideal candidate would have a Computer Science or other relevant degree, or practical commercial experience;
- Be looking to join a small growing studio in a fast growing company where you can work in a flexible working environment.
- Be able to work independently without the need for direct supervision.
- Additional technical skills that are advantageous to have.
