About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to take ownership of building highly-performant, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces across our product suite. You'll be expected to lead by example — writing clean, maintainable code, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architectural decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, values clean UI/UX design, and is ready to make a meaningful impact in an early-stage, mission-driven company.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Architect, develop, and maintain frontend features using React.js and Next.js

·        Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver seamless and efficient user experiences

·        Own key parts of the frontend stack and guide technical direction for UI components and frameworks

·        Optimize code for performance, SEO, and accessibility

·        Conduct code reviews, enforce quality standards, and mentor junior engineers

·        Stay current with industry best practices and recommend improvements to team workflows

Education Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

What You Bring:

·        4–5 years of experience in modern frontend development

·        Deep knowledge of React.js and production-level experience with Next.js

·        Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.)

·        Solid understanding of performance tuning, SSR, dynamic routing, and API integrations

·        Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and debugging tools

·        Experience working in Agile development environments and cross-functional teams.
