Role Description
Are you ready to take on exciting challenges in SaaS products and product engineering
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Frontend Developer specializing in React. The role involves designing and implementing user-friendly and responsive web applications, collaborating closely with the back-end development and QA team, and ensuring seamless integration across all components.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js
- Build and optimize mobile applications using React Native
- Collaborate with designers and backend teams
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and responsiveness
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code
- Take complete ownership of assigned modules and deliver end-to-end solutions
- Work efficiently in a small team setup with a strong sense of accountability
- Manage deliverables independently and ensure timelines are met
- Mentor junior developers and support team growth
- Conduct knowledge transfer (KT) sessions and technical trainings
Required Skills
- 34 years of experience in frontend development
- Strong proficiency in React.js and React Native
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Basic experience with Vue.js (good to have)
- Experience with API integration & state management
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability towards deliverables
- Experience working in small teams with high ownership
- Ability to handle projects efficiently and meet deadlines
- Experience mentoring junior developers and conducting KT sessions
Good to Have
- Experience across multiple domains (healthcare, edtech, ecommerce, etc.)
- Knowledge of performance optimization
- Familiarity with Git
