Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and product-focused Senior Software Engineer-Web to join our growing web team. You will play a key role in building and optimizing high-performance, scalable, and intuitive web applications that reach millions of users daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain highly responsive and interactive web applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Own end-to-end delivery from technical design to deployment and monitoring.
- Optimize for speed, scalability, SEO, and accessibility.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using modern web frameworks and tools.
- Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and bugs and resolve them.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Requirements
- 46 years of experience in frontend development with strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and modern web ecosystems.
- Experience with state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
- Solid understanding of web performance, browser rendering, and SEO best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a good grasp of data structures and algorithms.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and frontend build tools like Webpack, Vite, etc.
- Experience in writing unit and integration tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
- A good sense of UX/UI and a keen eye for detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js).
- Exposure to internationalization, A/B testing, and analytics integration.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
