This role requires strong technical ownership, architectural thinking, and a deep understanding of modern frontend ecosystems.
Role Overview
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will:
- Design and architect scalable frontend systems for both mobile, web and desktop
- Lead UI engineering strategy and implementation standards
- Build high-performance, data-intensive dashboards and enterprise interfaces
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
- Optimize rendering performance and application load times
- Establish frontend best practices, coding standards, and review processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, product, and AI teams
- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
- Advanced proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Strong expertise in Tailwind CSS, MUI, GraphQL.
- Strong expertise in ISR and SSR
- Deep understanding of component architecture and scalable UI systems
- Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and WebSocket integrations
- Proven experience in performance optimization and frontend scalability
- Experience working on production-grade enterprise applications
Preferred Experience
- Experience in AI-driven or healthcare platforms
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment workflows
- Experience in high-growth product startups
