We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who takes ownership of building high-performance, scalable, and intuitive web interfaces. This role goes beyond writing clean codeyou will shape frontend architecture, influence UI decisions, and work closely with product and backend teams to deliver experiences that users actually enjoy using.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the development of complex, responsive, and performance-driven frontend applications
- Translate product requirements and design mockups into high-quality, maintainable code
- Define and enforce frontend architecture, best practices, and coding standards
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Review code, mentor junior developers, and raise the overall frontend quality bar
- Proactively identify UX gaps, technical risks, and performance bottlenecks
- Contribute to frontend tooling, design systems, and reusable component libraries
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of strong experience in frontend development
- Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Advanced experience with modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
- Strong understanding of state management, component architecture, and design patterns
- Experience integrating APIs and working closely with backend services
- Solid grasp of performance optimization, browser internals, and accessibility standards
- Comfortable with Git, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows
Good to Have
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
- Exposure to design systems and component-driven development
- Knowledge of SSR, SSG, or modern build tools
- Prior experience working in fast-paced product or startup environments
