Principal Engineer - Front-end Development

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)

Experience: 8-10 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer to lead our front-end development efforts. You will design and develop user-centric interfaces, addressing scalability challenges related to large-scale data visualization.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the UI team, define software architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Translate wireframes into functional, high-performance UI components.

- Collaborate with design and product teams to create elegant and responsive interfaces.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of UI, architecture, and technology.

- Optimize web applications for performance and cross-device compatibility.

- Mentor and guide other team members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 8-10 years of experience in front-end development (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).

- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, D3.js).

- Experience with mapping APIs (e.g., Google Maps, OpenStreetMap).

- Familiarity with UX design principles.

- Experience leading large-scale projects using Agile methodologies.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
