Senior Food Technologist, India

Our client is a 45 year old foodstuffs company exporting high quality indian food and grocery items worldwide.

They have recently inaugurated a 50,000 sq. ft facility in Turbhe MIDC, Navi Mumbai which is

dedicated for manufacturing of South Indian Namkeens and Sweets to be shipped in the international markets.

They are looking for a Senior Level Food Technologist who will be responsible for

1. Managing a team of 50+ Cooks and their assistants
2. Have complete knowledge of the South Indian Sweets and Namkeens
3. Know how to increase the shelf life of the products
4. Quality and taste enhancements

Requirements:

Should have a minimum experience of 5 years working in a Snacks and Sweets factory at a senior level.

Educational Backgound: B.Sc: Food Technology, Food Sciences, Food Science and Nutrition, BE/B.Tech: Food Technology, M.Sc: Food Microbiology, ME/M.Tech: Food Technology
