Senior Flutter Engineer

We are building a consumer-facing FinTech product at India scale, focused on delivering a premium, fast, and reliable mobile experience. We are looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer who will take end-to-end ownership of our mobile application and help shape the mobile architecture from the ground up.

This is a product engineering role for someone who has built and scaled B2C mobile applications used by large user bases and understands performance, reliability, and UX deeply.

What You Will Own

• Own the Flutter mobile application (Android & iOS)

• Drive mobile architecture, state management, and performance strategy

• Build high-performance UI flows with attention to frame rate, memory, and battery

• Handle real-world mobile challenges: low network, retries, offline states

• Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams

• Ensure clean, maintainable, and testable code

• Review PRs and set coding standards for mobile

• Use analytics and user signals to improve UX continuously

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience with Flutter (Dart)

• Experience building and scaling high-volume B2C mobile apps

• Deep understanding of Flutter lifecycle and rendering

• Strong knowledge of state management (Bloc, Riverpod, etc.)

• Experience with REST APIs and async flows

• Performance tuning and debugging experience

• Product engineering mindset

Strongly Preferred

• Experience in FinTech, eCommerce, delivery, or consumer marketplaces

• Experience handling offline-first and caching strategies

• Familiarity with analytics and crash monitoring tools

• Prior product-company background
