Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer with 10+ years of experience who can

architect and build scalable mobile applications that integrate with medical devices

and platforms. The ideal candidate comes from a product development background,

thrives in a startup-like lean environment, and has previously worked as a Solution

Architect or equivalent.

What You'll Do

• Architect and develop Flutter apps for iOS & Android.
• Build applications that communicate with hardware/devices using Bluetooth Low
• Energy (BLE).
• Drive system design, API integrations, and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, hardware, clinical, regulatory).
• Ensure apps meet usability, performance, and compliance standards.
• Mentor team members and establish engineering best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years in software development, 5+ years in Flutter.
• Proven experience in end-to-end product development.
• Prior role as Solution Architect or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD, testing, and scalable architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) device communication
• is a strong plus.
• Mindset: Proactive, product-focused, entrepreneurial, and excited to build meaningful solutions.
