Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer with minimum 4 years of experience and a Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, who wants to build a product as a co-owner, not as an employee.
This role is equity-driven, suitable only for engineers who:
- Think in terms of systems, scalability, and product
- Are comfortable taking technical ownership
- Want to build something meaningful from the ground up
What You Will Own
Core Engineering
- Architect and build a production-grade Flutter application (mobile + web)
- Own application structure, state management, and performance
- Implement secure authentication, role-based access, and workflows
- Design scalable UI/UX aligned with real business use cases
- Ensure cross-platform stability (Android, iOS, Web where applicable)
Backend & Integrations
- Integrate Flutter apps with backend services (APIs, databases, auth)
- Handle file uploads, media, and real-world data flows
- Work with cloud services and external platforms as required
- Ensure data integrity, security, and reliability
Product & Architecture
- Make architectural decisions with a long-term vision
- Avoid shortcuts that hurt scalability or maintainability
- Collaborate directly with the founder on product direction
- Help define technical roadmap and future platform evolution
Mandatory Requirements (Strict)
- Minimum 4 years of professional Flutter experience
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / related field
- Proven experience building and shipping real-world applications
- Strong fundamentals in:
- Dart & Flutter architecture
- State management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, etc.)
- REST / API integrations
- Performance optimization
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership
- Applicants without both experience and academic foundation will not be considered.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience building production mobile apps used by real users
- Exposure to web apps / PWAs using Flutter
- Backend familiarity (Firebase, Supabase, REST services, cloud)
- Experience working in early-stage startups
- Interest in sustainability, infra-tech, or platform businesses
Compensation Model
- Equity-based compensation
