Job Title: Firmware Lead Engineer

Must Have Skills:Embedded C++ or Python Programming, NVIDIA Platform Experience is Required, Any RTOS Experince Preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

Firmware architecture ownership and technical leadership

Strong C/C++ development on embedded Linux

Linux kernel, device driver, Yocto build system expertise

GPU bring-up and integration (NVIDIA Jetson, CUDA stack, drivers)

System-level debugging: logs, traces, networking, hardware signals

Experience with containers (Docker/OCI) and edge compute platforms

Defining interfaces, communication protocols, and system workflows

Hands-on board bring-up and hardware/software integration

Leading code reviews, mentoring engineers, enforcing best practices

Ensuring reliability, performance tuning, and security alignment
