Responsibility:
- Architect, design, and develop production-ready firmware for smart appliances with a focus on Bluetooth/BLE connectivity.
- Lead firmware development across the product lifecycle from prototyping and validation to manufacturing and post-launch support.
- Optimize systems for performance, reliability, memory footprint, and power efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Hardware, Android, ML, and Front-end teams to deliver cohesive and scalable product features.
- Drive debugging, root-cause analysis, and system validation to ensure high product reliability.
- Establish best practices around modular firmware design, code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous product iteration by incorporating user and field feedback.
Qualifications:
- BE/ME/MTech in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in embedded/firmware development.
- Strong proficiency in C programming with solid experience in RTOS-based systems.
- Proven experience in Bluetooth/BLE stack implementation and debugging, with a strong understanding of protocols and ecosystem integration.
- Experience taking products from development to production in consumer or IoT devices.
- Strong debugging skills with a structured, systems-thinking approach.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
