As a Senior Financial Operations Analyst, you will oversee and streamline financial operations processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reconciliations, reporting, and financial controls. Responsibilities include developing financial reports, performing data analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights. You will also contribute to process improvements and support decision-making by providing sound financial analysis. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON.

• Proficiency in Financial Operations tasks, including reconciliations, reporting, and process monitoring
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate financial data and derive meaningful insights
• Sound understanding of Finance concepts and expertise in Financial Reporting practices
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools and financial software
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a strong asset
• Experience within the financial services industry, especially with fund administration or asset management, is a plus
