About The Role
Are you an experienced financial analyst looking for an opportunity to bring to bear your skills in a dynamic and encouraging environment Principal Financial Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role offers the chance to work on complex financial projects that will challenge and encourage you!
Key Responsibilities
- Examine and interpret pension plan data for individual participants, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct reasonability assessments on pension plan data to confirm accuracy and integrity.
- Communicate effectively with multiple collaborators, including Actuaries, to discuss detailed calculations and project progress.
- Estimate future workload capacity and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Follow up on outstanding queries and advance issues for timely resolution.
- Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm innovative solutions and support the team by taking on additional tasks as needed.
- Stay informed about changes in the regulatory environment and advancements in technology.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in a related industry with a focus on DB manual calculations and payroll.
- Demonstrated capability to collaborate with and examine extensive data collections.
- Proficiency in MS Office with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in data conversion or onboarding is preferred.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
- Any Graduate degree or equivalent experience.

Shift Timing
This role requires flexibility to work during the following hours:
- 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM or 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM
