Senior Financial Analyst

This role will be responsible for:

Management of all Property opex expenses including Rent, Outgoings, FM and other property costs, ensuring they have been captured and accounted for correctly

Coordination of all inputs to monthly performance reporting e.g. accruals and recharge journals

Conduit between Australia-based teams/Service Provider and India-based Finance team to provide business context to financial transactions

Reconciliation or all property data between Tango and Anaplan

Operational reporting for Group Property

Experience

4-6 years experience in Financial planning & analysis, Financial control or Financial accounting, preferably in the Real Estate industry

Experience working with SAP, Hyperion or other ERP systems

Experience with data visualisation tools for reporting and analysis

Experience on accounting /reporting as per IFRS 16

Qualification Requirements

Tertiary qualified in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field

CA/CPA qualified or part-qualified
