We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who operates beyond spreadsheets and reporting. This role is for someone who can interpret numbers, influence decisions, and guide leadership with financial clarity.
You will partner closely with leadership, business heads, and operations teams to provide financial insights that shape strategy, control risk, and drive sustainable growth. This is not a passive analysis roleit's about financial ownership and impact.
What You Will Do
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities across business units
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decisions
- Partner with leadership on pricing, investments, cost optimization, and scenario planning
- Provide variance analysis and explain performance drivers clearly
- Support business cases, capital allocation, and ROI analysis
- Improve financial reporting structures, controls, and decision frameworks
- Ensure data accuracy, financial discipline, and governance across processes
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and business teams for end-to-end financial visibility
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial tools
- Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Exposure to ERP systems and financial reporting platforms
