How will you make an impact in this role

The Analyst will support the Manager and Director in delivering PMO activities for the Oracle Cloud Finance transformation. This role is focused on tracking, reporting, documentation, coordination, and analytical support across program activities.

  • Assist in maintaining PMO standards, templates, and governance artifacts for the Oracle Cloud Finance transition.
  • Support execution of Finance communications, including preparing materials, updates, and tracking action items.
  • Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies, and maintain logs in alignment with PMO standards.
  • Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations for program and leadership reviews.
  • Support participation in program meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with process documentation, policy alignment, stakeholder impact analysis, and adoption tracking activities.
  • Support delivery tracking to ensure activities are aligned to the project plan and escalate issues to the Manager as needed.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Technology, System Integrators (SI), and central PMO teams to gather inputs and support execution.
  • Assist in change management activities, including tracking training completion, communication effectiveness, and adoption metrics.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide program support as required to ensure smooth execution and reporting

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, business analysis, or related roles.
  • Foundational understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and reporting solutions (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Power BI).
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects through tracking, reporting, documentation, and analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow structured processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving program requirements and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to support program delivery.
