Job Description Senior Finance Manager

Location:Coimbatore

Department:Finance & Accounts

Reports To:CEO

Role Overview

We are looking for an experiencedSenior Finance Managerto manage end-to-end finance and accounts operations. The role requires strong hands-on expertise inTally, GST, Income Tax, coordination withexternal auditors, and effectiveteam managementto ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Accounting

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations usingTally.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial controls.

GST & Income Tax Compliance

  • HandleGST returns(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, filings).
  • ManageIncome Tax compliance, TDS returns, advance tax, and statutory filings.
  • Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Audit & Compliance Coordination

  • Coordinate withexternal auditing firms, CA firms, and consultants.
  • Prepare and provide documents forstatutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Resolve audit queries and ensure closure within timelines.

Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annualMIS reports, financial statements, and analysis.
  • Support management with financial insights and decision-making data.

Team Management

  • Lead, guide, and manage thefinance & accounts team.
  • Allocate tasks, review work, and ensure accuracy and deadlines.
  • Train team members and improve process efficiency.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Education:B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
  • Experience:812+ yearsin finance & accounts with team-handling experience.
  • Mandatory Skills:
  • Strong working knowledge ofTally
  • Hands-on experience inGST & Income Tax
  • Audit coordination with CA / audit firms
  • Team handling and leadership skills
  • Additional Skills:MS Excel, compliance management, attention to detail.
