Role: Senior Manager Finance

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager Finance to oversee the company's financial operations, reporting, and planning processes. The role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and experience in managing finance teams.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Monitor financial performance and provide analysis and insights to senior management
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Support business decision-making through financial analysis and management reporting
- Assist the CFO in financial strategy, cost optimization, and risk management
Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) preferred
- 1015 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles
- Experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, and budgeting
