About the Opportunity

We are hiring for a well-established organization in the pharmaceutical industry seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead and strengthen its finance function.

This is a leadership role for someone who can drive financial strategy, ensure compliance, and manage end-to-end finance operations in a dynamic business environment.

Role Summary

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and managing overall finance operations, including import/export transactions and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
• Oversee accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial operations
• Manage import/export financial transactions and related documentation
• Supervise and guide a team of 5–6 finance professionals
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and timely closure of accounts
• Monitor cash flow, cost control, and profitability
• Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements
• Resolve finance-related issues and improve operational efficiency
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to leadership
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management

Ideal Candidate Profile

• M.Com / CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in a senior finance role within the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory)
• Strong expertise in financial planning, taxation, and compliance
• Experience in handling import/export finance operations
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Reporting Structure

• Team of 5–6 finance professionals will report to this role
• This role will report directly to the Managing Director (MD)
