Senior Finance Manager

We are looking for a hands-on finance professional who will work across the breadth of the finance function, driving key initiatives and building deep expertise across processes, reporting, controls and business partnering. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely book closures, seamless audit management, budgeting and projections, management reporting, and strong process governance across the organization. The individual will supervise day-to-day accounting and compliance activities, drive financial discipline, and support management with reliable financial information and insights.

What you'll be doing:

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
• Review accounting records, reconciliations, and financial statements across all entities.
• Lead statutory, tax, and internal audit coordination and ensure audit readiness at all times.
• Drive annual budgeting, periodic projections, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and maintain management MIS, profitability reports, and financial dashboards.
• Supervise accounting, compliance, payment processing, and reconciliation activities performed by the finance team.
• Ensure finance processes, controls, and approval workflows are consistently followed.
• Support treasury, taxation, regulatory compliance, and management reporting requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and stronger financial controls.

What we're looking for:

• Chartered Accountant (mandatory).
• 5–8 years of post-qualification experience.
• Big 4 experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, audits, taxation, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Experience in financial services, investment management, PE, AIF, or asset management preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
