Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager located in Gurugram. The Senior Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, manage budgets, conduct cost analysis, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop financial strategies, and provide insights to support decision-making. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, identifying process efficiencies, and optimizing financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial planning, financial analysis, and budgeting
• 5+ Years of Experience in the Accounts and Finance sector
• Expertise in cost management and financial reporting practices
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data
• Experience in compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in financial software tools and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
