Key Responsibilities
FP&A Leadership & Financial Planning
- Own and drive the end-to-end FP&A processes for the India business, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Lead the forecast build, consolidation, and analysis, ensuring alignment with inputs from business and guidance from the Finance Director.
- Translate business inputs into structured financial plans and forward-looking insights.
- Ensure forecasts are robust, data-driven, and aligned with operational realities.
Financial Reporting & Performance Insights
- Lead monthly financial reporting and performance analysis, including revenue, margin, utilisation, and cost drivers.
- Provide clear, structured variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast vs Prior Year).
- Generate insightful reporting packs and dashboards to support leadership discussions.
- Identify key performance trends, risks, and opportunities, and highlight them proactively.
Pipeline Tracking & Forecasting Discipline
- Own pipeline tracking, revenue forecasting models, and data consolidation for the India market.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of pipeline and forecast data.
- Work closely with business teams to validate assumptions, conversion rates, and revenue outlooks.
- Strengthen forecasting discipline and governance across the business.
Business Insight & Decision Support
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making led by the Finance Director and business leadership.
- Support evaluation of business performance, resource planning, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in analysing projects, client performance, and commercial outcomes.
- Translate financial data into clear insights that inform business actions.
Systems, Data & Process Improvement
- Lead FP&A-related activities supporting the migration to D365, including data validation, reporting alignment, and process transition.
- Drive development of financial dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility.
- Improve data governance, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency.
- Lead initiatives in automation, standardisation, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with the India Finance Director to align financial insights with business strategy.
- Work with business leaders, project teams, and regional finance teams to gather inputs and ensure alignment.
- Act as the central point for financial data, reporting, and performance tracking within the India business.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
- Professional qualification preferred (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
- 812 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or related roles
- Experience in high-growth or dynamic business environments
- Experience in professional services, consulting, real estate, or project-based organisations preferred
- Experience working with regional or global stakeholders is advantageous
