We're looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our growing team at Formula Group.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial reporting & MIS
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cash flow & working capital management
• GST, TDS & statutory compliance
• Credit control & receivables management
• Internal controls and audit coordination
• ERP/finance automation and process improvement
• Partnering with business leaders to drive profitability
Who We're Looking For:
• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred
• 10–15 years of relevant finance experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial controls
• Experience in multi-location service organizations will be an advantage
• Hands-on leader with strong analytical and business partnering skills
