Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Finance Executive to take complete ownership of the company's financial operations. This role goes beyond basic accounting you will be responsible for managing cash flow, optimizing investments, ensuring financial discipline, and driving overall financial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management & Control
- Oversee end-to-end income and expense management
- Maintain accurate financial records and MIS reports
- Ensure strong control over cash flow and working capital
- Receivables & Payables
- Track incoming payments and ensure timely collections
- Handle client follow-ups for outstanding invoices
- Manage vendor payments and ensure timely disbursements
- Banking & Reconciliation
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly
- Monitor bank balances, transactions, and discrepancies
- Investment & Fund Optimization
- Strategically manage company funds
- Identify and recommend better investment avenues beyond idle savings accounts
- Work towards maximizing returns while ensuring liquidity
- Expense Audit & Cost Control
- Conduct periodic expense audits
- Identify leakages and inefficiencies
- Implement cost-control measures across departments
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, and statutory filings
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
Key Skills Required
- Strong understanding of financial planning, accounting, and cash flow management
- Experience in BRS, audits, and financial controls
- Ability to manage collections and stakeholder follow-ups
- Knowledge of investment strategies and treasury management
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting tools (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.)
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
