Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Finance Executive to manage financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of IND AS, taxation, and financial reporting, along with the ability to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial statements in compliance with IND AS and applicable accounting standards
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Handle GST, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances, including timely filings
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, budgets, and financial forecasts
- Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to management
- Perform covenant testing and monitor financial performance metrics
- Strengthen internal controls, finance policies, and accounting systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, IT, etc.) to ensure financial efficiency
- Support audits, tax assessments, and liaise with statutory authorities
- Review Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll processes
- Assist leadership in risk management, financial planning, and strategic initiatives
- Provide advisory support on taxation, insurance, and legal matters
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of IND AS, GST, and Income Tax
- Expertise in financial reporting, MIS, and budgeting
- Experience in compliance, internal controls, and audit processes
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial tools and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience
- Prior exposure to logistics or infrastructure industry is an advantage
