Required Skills
- Verify and process vendor invoices, bills, and expense claims.
- Ensure proper accounting entries for invoices in the accounting system.
- Perform three-way matching of Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt (GRN), and vendor invoice.
- Prepare vendor payment schedules and coordinate for timely payments.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations such as Goods and Services Tax and Tax Deducted at Source while processing invoices.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Coordinate with procurement and internal teams for invoice approvals and clarifications.
- Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documents and reconciliations.
Education Requirements: B. Com, MBA
Experience: 4 to 5 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: General
Work Week: Monday to Friday
