Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Kochi for a Senior Finance Associate. The role involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, generating periodic financial reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The Senior Finance Associate will oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis while supporting strategic decision-making through detailed financial insights. In addition, the role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial stability and process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and related compliance
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Finance, with attention to detail
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in financial tools, ERP systems, and MS Excel
- Prior experience in financial planning and analysis is an advantage
