Job Description

Job Title: Senior Finance Associate (Bookkeeping)

Location: Gurgaon Sector 32 (On-site)

Experience: 35 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Associate to independently manage the team & end-to-end accounting and compliance activities. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and ITR filings, along with advanced working knowledge of Zoho Books (mandatory). This role requires ownership of financial processes, accuracy, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1.Maintain and oversee accurate books of accounts using Zoho Books (mandatory)

2.Supervise and review day-to-day financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments

3.Independently prepare, file, and reconcile GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

4.Handle end-to-end TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns

5. Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) and support tax assessments

6.Perform and review bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny

7.Ensure proper documentation and audit-ready financial records

8. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities

9.Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field

Mandatory hands-on experience with Zoho Books

Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance

Sound understanding of accounting standards and principles

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a CA firm or corporate finance department

Knowledge of other Zoho applications is an added advantage

Strong communication and coordination skills

Exposure to audits, assessments, and notices handling
