We are hiring for a Senior Finance & Accounts Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably from a logistics background. This position is strictly for candidates based in Bengaluru applications from other locations will not be considered.

Key Responsi
bilities:
Supervise day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, etc.).
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
Develop and monitor financial budgets and forecasts.
Analyse financial performance and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Control costs and optimize resource utilization.
Prepare and present financial statements in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Generate management reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
Lead the annual budgeting process.
Compare actual performance with budget and identify variances.
Recommend corrective actions to meet financial targets.
Promote continuous improvement in financial processes.
Support senior management with financial modelling and feasibility studies.
Coordinate with Branches for accounting processes and financial reporting.

Key Competencies:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Experience in team management and delivering high quality result.
Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word, Power point etc)
Analytical & Result oriented
High attention to detail and integrity.
Proficiency in ERP Systems
Strong Interpersonal Skills
