Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance & Accounts Manager, located in Erode. The selected candidate will oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and tax compliance.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounts, with mandatory experience in construction or infrastructure domain
- Strong hands-on experience with project accounting and cost management
- Proven experience of tax compliance, including GST, income tax, and auditing procedures
- Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and developing business strategies
- Leadership and team management experience, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other relevant applications
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CA, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage
- Prior experience in a finance and accounts management role, preferably within the construction or infrastructure industry, is required
