About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance & Accounts Manager to head our finance department. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial management, global business operations, and statutory compliance, ensuring sound financial health and efficient management of the company's financial activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts division, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis.
- Ensure statutory compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements (BSE, SEBI, ROC, etc.).
- Manage internal and statutory audits and coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle international transactions, accounting for global business operations, and financial reconciliations.
- Supervise cash flow management, fund planning, and banking operations.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and reporting systems.
- Provide strategic inputs to management for financial planning and cost optimization.
Qualifications
- Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance / Commerce (M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent).
- Experience:Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, preferably in a diversified or global business setup.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS), taxation, compliance, and financial laws.
- Expertise in finalisation of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP / SAP systems preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Should have a strategic and detail-oriented approach with a high level of integrity.
