Service and Repair:
Conduct on-site service, repair, and installation of products and IT solutions.
Perform repair and testing as per maintenance contracts.
Diagnose system failures and implement the most cost-effective solutions.
Customer Support:
Respond to customer support calls within the assigned territory promptly.
Address and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Technical Support:
Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support or quality reporting systems.
Provide detailed reports and documentation for issues escalated.
Calibration and Repair:
For those assigned to in-house calibration or repair, perform these tasks at established company repair sites or service centers.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma / Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 12+ years of experience in a similar role.
Skills :
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of IT solutions and products.
