About the RoleAmerican Ratings is seeking a results-driven Senior Field Sales Manager to lead its on-ground expansion of the Sales Partner Referral Program in Mumbai.
This is a 100% field-based, target-oriented role focused on direct business acquisition, QR Postcard deployment, and partner onboarding under the A-I-R-S ecosystem.
Candidates must be comfortable with extensive outdoor sales activities and consistent client acquisition.
Key Performance Requirement (Mandatory)- Minimum Enrollment Target:
- 10 New Business Clients per Month (Mandatory)
- Failure to meet minimum enrollment standards may impact continuation and incentives.
- This role is strictly field-focused with daily client visits and on-site closures.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Execution- Lead end-to-end B2B field sales operations.
- Acquire and onboard physical businesses through direct visits.
- Personally close high-value and corporate clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Ensure minimum 10 client enrollments every month.
QR Postcard Registration & Deployment (A-I-R-S Program)- Sell and manage QR Postcard Registration & Installation for A-I-R-S Number.
- Close client packages at 30,000 for minimum 5 QR Postcards.
- Coordinate physical installation and activation.
- Train clients on QR usage and lead conversion.
- Ensure clients receive 25% profit share on sales generated via QR referrals.
- Monitor performance and ROI for enrolled businesses.
Team Building & Management- Recruit and manage Field Sales Executives (FSEs).
- Track daily field activity and closures.
- Conduct coaching and performance reviews.
- Build a high-output, target-driven team.
Business Development & Partnerships- Develop partnerships with SMEs, retailers, service providers, and associations.
- Expand referral and institutional networks.
- Build long-term business relationships.
Process & Reporting- Maintain CRM and daily activity reports.
- Track KPIs: visits, enrollments, QR deployments, revenue, and renewals.
- Optimize territory coverage and route planning.
Market Presence- Conduct field promotions and outreach campaigns.
- Represent American Ratings at business events and networking meets.
Eligibility & QualificationsExperience- 5+ years in B2B Field / Corporate Sales.
- 1+ years in team leadership roles.
- Strong background in direct selling, channel sales, or service solutions.
Education- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
