The position requires strong client-facing acumen, aesthetic sensitivity, and operational discipline. You will act as a key brand representative, bridging the brand philosophy with an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
Client Experience & Styling
- Deliver personalised styling and wardrobe consultation tailored to client preferences, occasions, and lifestyles
- Build deep understanding of client profiles, purchase history, and aesthetic sensibilities
- Offer thoughtful recommendations rooted in craftsmanship, fit, and design philosophy
- Ensure every client interaction reflects discretion, warmth, and service excellence
Relationship Building & Clientele Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with a discerning, high-value clientele
- Proactively engage in client follow-ups, appointments, and wardrobe planning
- Build trust through consistency, attention to detail, and refined communication
- Contribute to growing and nurturing the stores loyal client base
Product Knowledge & Brand Representation
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of collections, textiles, craftsmanship, and silhouettes
- Communicate the brand ethos, design narrative, and artisanal value with clarity and confidence
- Stay informed on new launches, special pieces, and bespoke or made-to-order processes
- Represent the brand with professionalism, polish, and cultural sensitivity
Qualifications
- Has 2 to 3 years of experience as a Fashion Consultant in luxury or premium fashion retail
- Possesses a strong appreciation for Indian luxury, couture, and craftsmanship
- Communicates with poise, clarity, and confidence
- Understands the expectations of a discerning, high-net-worth clientele
- Is detail-oriented, service-driven, and presentation-conscious
- Thrives in a refined, structured, and high-standard retail environment
- Is fluent in English; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage
