Senior Executive Warehousing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations Management

Ensure smooth daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and dispatches.

Monitor adherence to picking, packing, and put-away processes.

Coordinate with internal teams and 3PL partners for timely order processing and issue closure.

2. Reporting & Analytics

Own daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reporting for warehouse KPIs (TATs, accuracy, fill rate, shrinkage, ageing, SLA adherence).

Track and analyse performance metrics and highlight deviations with actionable insights.

Maintain dashboards to support leadership decision-making.

3. SOP Governance & Compliance

Drive 100% adherence to SOPs across warehouse functions.

Identify gaps in operational processes and implement corrective actions.

Conduct periodic audits to ensure standardised practices and compliance.

4. Process Improvement & Follow-Ups

Execute structured follow-ups on open tasks and action items with cross-functional teams.

Document processes, build checklists, and improve workflows continuously.

Support rollout of warehouse tools, systems, and automation initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of warehousing operations and fulfilment processes.

High attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience.

Ability to drive process discipline and build operational routines.

Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Logistics, or related fields.

24 years of experience in warehousing, fulfilment, or supply chain operations (D2C/e-commerce preferred).
