Role Purpose

Responsible for managing a team of 30 NFTE's and ensures fulfillment of application retrieval request across all stakeholders within defined time frame.

Role Accountability

1. Support other functions & stakeholders with fulfillment of application retrieval requests
2. Manage and coordinate with vendor for headcount requirements & ensure availability as per volume projections
3. Monitor, control & constantly improve vendor operations and compliance standards towards Information security guidelines issued by the organization and document retention guidelines by RBI
4. Conduct constant evaluation of storage partners by conducting monthly visits & validating all facility for Infosec & other controls
5. Initiate remediation & training for any opportunity areas identified
6. Ensure a daily operational rhythm is developed with vendor to ensure smooth operations
7. Perform process documentation and compliance adherence

Measures of Success

1. Process TAT as per SLA for P80 Segment
2. Processing Accuracy as per SLA
3. Process adherence as per MOU

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

1. Credit Card knowledge along with good understanding of Credit Processes
2. Knowledge of credit documentation, basic financial ability
