Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive at Truemeds, based in Lucknow. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing key projects, and ensuring streamlined workflows. Responsibilities include providing strategic input, identifying efficiency improvements, driving team performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires collaborating with internal teams to innovate and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of Truemeds.

• Proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools

• Experience in healthcare or tele-health is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Proven track record of delivering results and achieving targets in a high-growth environment
