Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in New Delhi for a Senior Executive specializing in ticketing. The responsibilities include managing daily ticket operations, overseeing ticket sales, ensuring smooth event ticketing processes, and providing exceptional customer service. The employee will work closely with various teams to optimize customer experiences, maintain operational efficiency, and address client inquiries related to ticketing and associated services. The role requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of GDS - Amadeus
  • Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Ticket Operations to ensure seamless and efficient ticketing processes
  • Experience handling Event Ticketing and Customer Service, ensuring excellent client satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with customers and team members
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Experience in the travel or events industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
  • 3-5 years of strong experience in international ticketing
