Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Shift Management: Oversee and manage daily shift operations, specifically handling Inbound (IB), Outbound (OB), Inventory, and Return processes.
  • Material Handling: Lead activities related to material receiving, inventory controlling, and dispatching shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Documentation & Stock Verification: Verify all documents, physical stock, and invoices of articles to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Quality Control: Conduct open quality checks on all materials received, stocked, and packed, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Quantity Reconciliation: Perform quantity checks to reconcile physical stock against documented records, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • System Inwarding: Accurately record and inward all received material into the system, manage stock movements, and process dispatches.
  • TAT Adherence: Maintain and ensure adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) targets for all operational processes.
  • Process Adherence: Observe and ensure strict adherence to all established operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Team Leadership (for Team Leader): Guide, motivate, and manage a team of operational staff, ensuring clear communication, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain workflow efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to handle shifts for Inbound (IB), Outbound (OB), Inventory, and Return operations.
  • Proficiency in material receiving, inventory controlling, and dispatching shipments.
  • Skills in verifying documents, stock, and invoices.
  • Capability to perform open quality checks on materials.
  • Experience in quantity checking physical stock versus documents.
  • Ability to inward received material, manage stock, and dispatch.
  • Strong focus on maintaining TAT (Turnaround Time).
  • Ability to observe and ensure process adherence.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • (For Team Leader) Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
