Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, campus recruitment, etc.).
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Participate in employer branding activities, job fairs, and campus drives.
Manage the offer and negotiation process and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to identify and implement improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
