Job Description

Job Title: Senior HR Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our HR team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and data-driven hiring processes, while also supporting onboarding and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong interpersonal skills with analytical capabilities to drive recruitment effectiveness and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment using various sourcing platforms
  • Conduct interviews and ensure smooth candidate engagement and experience
  • Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and draft job descriptions
  • Maintain and update employee records through HRMS
  • Develop and manage trackers, dashboards, and recruitment reports
  • Monitor recruitment success metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) and provide actionable insights
  • Plan and control hiring budgets to ensure cost-effective recruitment
  • Support onboarding programs and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure HR policies and processes remain updated and compliant

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment and HR operations
  • Proficiency in using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and HRMS platforms
  • Hands-on experience in data management, recruitment analytics, and success metrics
  • Strong interviewing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making
