Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Deliver quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment consistently by managing time and efforts across hiring projects
- End-to-end individual contributor role with expertise in direct sourcing and excellent account management skills.
- Partner with internal customers and business leaders to understand their unique hiring needs and build solutions accordingly.
- Identify critical talent needs, high high-priority positions and deliver results using various recruiting tools and avenues through which qualified candidates are sourced in a timely manner with a cost-effective approach.
- Proactively recruit through the creation of external and internal pipelines that may arise from a variety of groups and resources.
- Deliver quality results in a timely manner, individually, and through others. Create, steer, and evolve talent acquisition strategy that anticipates business needs, grows in scale, efficiency, and ensures applicant representation.
Requirements
- A Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience (1-3 years) in building and executing a talent acquisition strategy will be a plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Be both a thinker and a doer
- Excellent communication and possess attention to detail
- Comfortable with navigating uncertainty and working in unstructured environment
