Job Responsibility
- She/he is authorize to sign (as a doer):
- Engineering GMP documents
- Break down/Preventive maintenance report.
- Incident and Investigation Documents.
- Qualification Documents.
- QMS documents review and closing.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintenance management (B/D and PM) of HVAC systems.
- Consult with Manufacturer for remedial action of machine related issues.
- Effective coordination with inter departments (QA, QE, Production and Purchase).
- Ensure availability of the spares of critical equipments.
- Ensure departmental participation in Qualification activity and approval of Qualification documents.
- Handling and monitoring of BMS System.
- Participate in Technical Investigations.
- Timely initiate and closing of QMS Documents.
- Ensure Documents are maintained as per SOP.
Person is also responsible for carrying out any other responsibilities assigned from time to time verbally or in writing.
