Job Description
Role Objective
- Coordinate API CIP projects to ensure timely commercialization
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Develop and track project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Monitor dependencies and ensure timely closure of action items
- Control scope, timelines, and priorities
- Work within regulated API environments (USFDA, EU, WHO)
Risk & Escalation
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and deviations.
- Propose mitigation plans and escalate critical issues with data
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with R&D, Manufacturing, QA, QC, RA, Engineering, SCM, and Procurement
- Act as single point of contact for assigned projects
Communication & Reporting
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, reports, presentations, and MOMs
- Maintain compliant project documentation
- Use MS Excel, PowerPoint etc. for tracking, presentation and analysis
Leadership & Ownership
- Take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables
- Demonstrate accountability and commitment
Work Experience
4–8 years in API project management, technical operations or manufacturing
Project Management Certification will be considered an added advantage.
Education
Post Graduation in Chemistry or Life Science
Graduation in Engineering or Chemical Engineering
